A note from the cellar
What makes a mountain wine perfect?
“Wine becomes itself only after it has kept the mountain’s silence.”
In 1894, the first vines were planted where the slope thins into stone. The estate has always worked slowly: high-elevation fruit, hand-picked before dawn, and long quiet winters beneath old timber.
Cold nights hold the acidity, thin soils keep the fruit precise, and time lets every bottle find its balance. The result is not a recipe—it is the mountain, carried home in a glass.
